Return Policy
We apply a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be in the same condition as when received, unused/unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the received product and order the desired item once the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
For products delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Returned items will be inspected and you will be informed of approval. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
